Our main welding process is TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), we have experience of welding Nickel Alloys, Stainless Steel & Aluminium Alloy. Our welders are regularly tested to various customer and international standards and we are currently working towards NADCAP accreditation.
Our welding & fabrication facilities include;
- 3 x Purpose built welding & brazing bays with high speed fume extraction & tinted safety glass.
- 2 x Hitachi TIG Welding Plant 300GP, Water Cooled.
- MIG Welding & Flame Brazing
